CONCERTATED CATIONIC SOFTENER AND NAPPING AID
AVCO-BIOSOFT 276 is a liquid cationic softener used for softening of all kinds of fibers, yarns and fabrics.
AVCO-BIOSOFT 276 imparts a soft hand with high surface smoothness.
AVCO-BIOSOFT 276 is composed of biodegradable ingredients with no potential for bioaccumulation, and with no evolution of toxic compounds during biodegradation.
AVCO-BIOSOFT 276 is environmentally friendly, and can be regarded as a “GREEN” product. AVCO-BIOSOFT 276 was tested and proved to be non-toxic to the human body. It is not irritant to the skin of users of textiles treated with this softener.

PROPERTIES & USES:

1. AVCO-BIOSOFT 276 produces a full, soft, non-greasy handle on all fibers, mainly those made of cellulose and its blends.

2. AVCO-BIOSOFT 276 is a liquid product and hence easy to handle.

3. AVCO-BIOSOFT 276 provides good anti-static effect to synthetics and to their blends.

4. Good napping and brushing aid.

5. AVCO-BIOSOFT 276 does not promote soiling.

6. AVCO-BIOSOFT 276 is regarded as a non-yellowing softener at drying temperature range of 110-160°C.

APPLICATION:

AVCO-BIOSOFT 276 can be applied by padding or by exhaustion methods.

Before adding to the bath, dilute the product with water.

A. Application by exhaustion:

Adjust pH to 5-5.5 with acetic acid. Add 1-3% of AVCO-BIOSOFT 276.

Run for 20-30 minutes at 35-40°C.

B. Application by padding:

Apply 10-40 g/l of AVCO-BIOSOFT 276 depending on pick-up and required handle.
