AVCO-BIOSOFT BS is a liquid cationic softener used for softening all kinds of fibers, yarns and fabrics.AVCO-BIOSOFT BS imparts a soft hand with high surface smoothness.
AVCO-BIOSOFT BS is composed of biodegradable ingredients with no potential for bio-accumulation, and with no evolution of toxic compounds during biodegradation.AVCO-BIOSOFT BS is environmentally acceptable, and can be regarded as a “GREEN” product. AVCO-BIOSOFT BS was tested and proved to be non-toxic to the human body. It is non-irritant to the skin of users of textiles treated with this softener.

PROPERTIES & USES:
- AVCO-BIOSOFT BS produces a full, soft, non-greasy handle on all fibers, mainly
those
made of cellulose and its blends.
- AVCO-BIOSOFT BS is a liquid product and handling in the mill is very easy.
- AVCO-BIOSOFT BS provides good anti-static effect to synthetics and to their
blends.
- Good napping and brushing aid.
- AVCO-BIOSOFT BS does not promote soiling.
- AVCO-BIOSOFT BS is regarded as a non-yellowing softener at drying temperature
range of 110-160°c.
APPLICATION:
AVCO-BIOSOFT BS can be applied by padding method or by exhaustion method.
Before adding to the bath, dilute product with water.

Application by exhaustion:
Adjust pH to 5-5.5 with acetic acid. Add 2-4% AVCO-BIOSOFT BS.
Treat for 20-30 minutes at 35-40° C.

Application by padding:
Apply 20-40 gram/liter depending on pick-up and required hand.
