AVCO-BLANKINOL AWS is a balanced blend of Alkalis, Wetting agents and Stabilizers, formulated to offer the textile dye-house a complete “one shot” bleaching auxiliary, designed for the hot bleaching process of cotton and cotton blends with hydrogen peroxide in high liquor ratio machines.

PROPERTIES & USES:
- “One-Shot” product, that can replace all surfactants, stabilizers, sequestrants

alkalis normally used in cotton hot bleaching process.
- Less handling and weighing in the dye house.

- Excellent whiteness and absorbency of the bleached fabric.

APPLICATION:
BLEACHING RECIPES:

Winch (L.R. 1:15 – 1:20)
AVCO-BLANKINOL AWS 2 – 3g/l
H2O2 (35%) 2 – 6 cc/l
Treat at 90-95÷C for 1-1.5 hrs.

Jet (L.R. 1:6 – 1:10)
AVCO-BLANKINOL AWS 3 – 4g/l
H2O2 (35%)2 – 6cc/l
Treat at 90-95÷C for 30-45 minutes.
When bleaching grey good without pre-scouring, it is advisable to add first a deaerating agent such as AVCOTEX DE-200 (0.5-1 gr/l), and if needed an anticrease agent such as AVCOSLIP LB (1-2 gr/l). Then to load fabric and circulate for 5 min., and to add all the bleaching auxiliaries and start the bleaching process.

REMARKS:

In all above recipes, for optical brightening increase the amount of H2O2 and add
0.4-0.8% o.w.g. of optical brightener such as AVCOLUX CBA-100.

For best whiteness results, addition of 1 g/l AVCO-BIOSOL ECO can be helpful with problematic soiled fabrics.
HANDLING AND STORAGE:
AVCO-BLANKINOL AWS is a corrosive material, and should be handled with care.
Goggles and gloves should be worn during handling the dry material, plus aprons and rubber boots when handling made-up solutions. Store in a dry place to eliminate pick-up of moisture.
