AVCO-BLANKINOL CB is a combined product for cold pad batch bleaching and de-sizing processes. AVCO-BLANKINOL CB contains peroxide stabilizer together with a wetting agent, deter gent, protective colloid, extracting agents and de-aerating agent.AVCO-BLANKINOL CB is used for bleaching of cellulose and cellulose blend fabrics, in cold pad batch bleaching ranges and in cold pad de-size/bleach ranges.

PROPERTIES & USES:
- Balanced mixture of stabilizers and surfactants with a synergistic effect.
- AVCO-BLANKINOL CB is distinguished by its high wetting power. Short wetting
times are obtained on raw fabrics and “difficult to wet” woven cotton fabrics.
- The special stabilizer included in AVCO-BLANKINOL CB formula, is stabilizing the
Hydrogen-Peroxide and Per-sulphate, and controls its activation rate at the
optimum sequence.
- The surfactant part has good emulsifying and dispersing properties, with
excellent soil suspending power, which ensures maximum bleaching with good
absorbency.
- The product does not contain any silicate compounds, and there are no risks of
precipitation during use on the fabrics and on machines parts.
- The product is low foaming while padding and during dwelling time.
- The product is liquid, and can be metered easily to the bleaching machine as is
or pre-diluted.
- Use of AVCO-BLANKINOL CB provides less handling and weighing in the dye-house,
and ensures better reproduction.
- Use of AVCO-BLANKINOL CB is saving storage space, and is more economic.
APPLICATION:
AVCO-BLANKINOL CB should be dissolved in cold water, ideally with a stirrer before dosing to the bleaching machine.
Guiding Recipes:
-
Cold oxidative de-sizing and bleaching of cotton woven fabric, without pretreatment.
AVCO-BLANKINOL CB 10 -15 g/l
Caustic Soda (50%) 30- 60 g/l
H 2O 2 (35%) 40 – 60 cc/l
AVCOSON OX 0 – 6 g/l
(With fully soluble sizing material there is no need for AVCOSON OX)
Padding bath temperature:20 – 30°C
Pick up:70 – 80%
Batching time: rotate for 16-24 hours wrapped with a plastic cover.
Washing off is done on a continuous washer (minimum 5 boxes) by the following procedure:
Box 1 – 95°C,Set up with 1 cc/l Caustic Soda (50%).
Box 2 – 95°C,hot water
Box 3 – 95°C, hot water
Box 4 – 60°C,warm water
Box 5 – 50°C,warm water
Counter current is necessary and addition of fresh hot water to box 3 and 5 is recommended through all the washing off stage. If needed add 1 g/l acetic acid in the final box to neutralize the fabric.
-
Cold bleaching and optical brightening of cotton towel fabrics (sized with a water soluble sizing material).
AVCO-BLANKINOL CB 10 – 15 g/l
Caustic Soda (50%) 20 – 60 cc/l
H2O2 (35%) 40 – 60 cc/l
AVCOLUX CN-100 4 – 10 g/l
Fabric should be padded (pick up 90-100%) and flat folded, wrapped with a plastic cover and stored for 12-18 hours. Washing off is done in a continuous washer or in long liquor ratio machine (winch, jet).
-
Cold pad bleaching of Cotton Knits.
AVCO-BLANKINOL CB 10 – 15 g/l
caustic soda (50%)5 – 20 g/l
H2O2 (35%) 40 – 60 g/l
AVCOGEN KRK 4 – 6g/l
AVCOLUX CN-100 (optional) 3 -6g/l
Fabric should be padded (pick up about 120-140%), flat folded or rolled, wrapped with plastic cover and stored for 12-16 hours. Washing off is done in a continuous washer or in a long liquor ratio machine (winch, jet etc.).
AVCOGEN KRK is a special auxiliary which enables increase of fabric pick-up of the treatment liquor without dripping of liquid from the fabrics during the batching time.
