ONE-SHOT” AUXILIARY FOR HOT CONTINUOUS BLEACHING
AVCO-BLANKINOL HB is a combined product for continuous bleaching processes.AVCO-BLANKINOL HB contains peroxide stabilizer together with a wetting agent, detergents and extracting agents.AVCO-BLANKINOL HB is used for bleaching of cotton and cotton blends in winches, jets, jiggers and continuous bleaching ranges.

Compatibility
  1. Compatible with all chemicals normally encountered in peroxide bleaching.
  2. Product is not compatible with cationic products.

pH (10% sol.) 8 ± 1
Solubility Miscible with water at any ratio.
Storage Freezes bellow O°C, fully usable after thawing and stirring. Shelf life is at least 12 months

PROPERTIES & USES:

  1. Balanced mixture of stabilizers and surfactants with a synergistic effect.
  2. High wetting efficiency, with short wetting times.
  3. Highly effective under all normal bleaching conditions. The product will ensure
    maximum bleaching efficiency with good absorbency.
  4. The surfactant part has good emulsifying and dispersing properties, with
    excellent soil suspending power.
  5. The special stabilizer included in AVCO-BLANKINOL HB formula, is stabilizing the
    Hydrogen peroxide and controls its activation rate at the optimum manner. The
    stabilizer is efficient with all types of continuous hot bleaching ranges.
  6. The product does not contain any silicate compounds, and there are not any risks
    of precipitation during use on the fabrics and on machine walls.
  7. Good compatibility with caustic soda and peroxide used in hot continuous
    processes.
  8. The product is a pour-able liquid, and can be metered easily to the bleaching
    machines as is or pre-diluted.
  9. Use of AVCO-BLANKINOL HB provides less handling and weighing in the dye-house,
    and ensures better reproducibility.

APPLICATION:

  1. Fully Continuous Processes (with de-sized fabrics)
    • PEROXIDE BLEACHING BY THE STEAMING METHOD AT TEMPERATURE UP TO 105°C (on a roller bed steamer):

      AVCO-BLANKINOL HB8 – 15g/l
      caustic soda (50%)5 – 10 cc/l
      H2O2 (35%) 25 – 35 cc/l

      The dwell time in the saturated steam atmosphere is usually 15-20 minutes.
    • PEROXIDE BLEACHING BY THE HT STEAMING METHOD
      AVCO-BLANKINOL HB 8 – 15 g/l
      caustic soda (50%) 3 – 6 cc/l
      H2O2(35%)30 – 40 cc/l
      The dwell times in the HT steamer usually vary between 60 and 90 seconds. However, a complete removal of husks
    can only be achieved with an appropriate pretreatment.
  2. Semi Continuous Processes
    Peroxide bleaching by the impregnation process (pad roll method)
    AVCO-BLANKINOL HB8 – 12g/l
    caustic soda (50%) 10 – 20 cc/l
    H2O2 (35%) 25 – 35 cc/l
    At a temperature of 950C in the batch box, the dwell time should be about 2 hours.
