| Oligomers, greases, oils, waxes and dyestuffs residues tend to accumulate on dyeing machine walls and on inaccessible inner parts of the jets. The contaminated area is absorbing residues of dyestuffs, which is very difficult to remove by common detergents, and even by alkali / hydrosulfite hot treatment. AVCO-CLEAN OGM is dispersing the waxes and oligomer deposits, which enables the alkali/reducing agent formulation to destroy and dissolve the precipitated dyestuffs and residues stuck to the machine walls. It contains a special surfactant and catalyst, which are de-polymerizing and dispersing oligomers and silicone oils that are sticking on the textile dyeing machine walls. It leaves the dyeing machine clean and ready for further dyeing cycles.
SPECIFICATIONS:
PROPERTIES & USES: 1. AVCO-CLEAN OGM is decomposing and dispersing all kinds of oligomers and poly-dimethyl-siloxane lubricants. 2. The product removes un-wanted silicones softeners deposits from textile dyeing and finishing machines. 3. AVCO-CLEAN OGM emulsifies residues of waxes and lubricants which are stuck on the dyeing machine walls. 4. AVCO-CLEAN OGM treatment can be applied as a preventative routine for keeping the dyeing machines free from oligomers and silicone polymer deposits. APPLICATION: AVCO-CLEAN OGM can be used for cleaning beams, package and jet dyeing machines. 1. Cleaning dyeing machines from oligomers deposits a) The machine is fully flooded with water and heated up to 50-60°C b) Add chemicals, use the following recipe: AVCO-CLEAN OGM 1 – 3 g/l Caustic soda (100%) 2 – 6 g/l AVCO-BIOCLEAR GLR or Hydrosulfite 2 – 4 g/l c) Raise the temperature to 80-95°C and circulate for 30 minutes d) Drop the bath and rinse with warm water 2. Cleaning of mixers and side tanks Prepare a warm solution (60-70°C) of 20-80 g/l of AVCO-CLEAN OGM together with 5-10 cc/l of caustic soda (50%) and 3-5 g/l of Hydrosulfite. Fill the soiled equipment with the warm cleaning solution, keep it for one hour, drop and rinse with water. 3. Cleaning of padding machine bowls and printing screens Apply AVCO-CLEAN OGM as it is, or diluted with water 1:2, on the area to be cleaned, by smearing or brushing with a rug or a sponge. Leave it for 5-15 minutes and rinse well with water. 4 Cleaning silicone deposits from jet dyeing machines. a) Fill machine with water b) Apply the following recipe: AVCO-CLEAN OGM 3 – 6 g/l Caustic – soda (50%) 5 – 10 cc/l c) Run at 85 – 90°C for 30 minutes, neutralize with acetic acid d) Drop liquor and rinse with cold water |
