AVCO-DARACRYL CDS

STRIPPING AGENT

AVCO-DARACRYL CDS is a unique stripping agent for basic dyes.
It is used for stripping-off unlevelled dyeings, and undesirable colours from Acrylic fibres. After the stripping-off process the fibers remain with a light hue that can be re-dyed to the desired colour.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Appearance Slightly yellowish, clear liquid with a specific odour.
Chemical nature Blend of organic-amines with solubilizer
Ionic type Cationic
Solubility Miscible with water at any ratio to form slightly opalescent emulsion.
pH (1% sol.) 11 ± 0.5
Compatibility Is not compatible with acids and with oxidizing agents.

APPLICATION:

1. Load yarns or fibers to the dyeing machine.

2. Fill with water.

3. Add

AVCO-DARACRYL CDS 4- 12 g/l

Sodium chloride 2– 4 g/l

4. Start circulating and heat up to 90°C for 60 minutes.

5. Cool to 60°C and drop the bath.

6. Rinse with cold water.

7. Adjust the pH with acetic acid, and re-dye or finish as needed.
