ANTI-CREASE AGENT FOR SYNTHETICS

AVCO-SLIP CLY is a special polymeric anti-crease agent, developed to overcome the problems of folds and rope marks when dyeing delicate synthetic fabrics in jets, winches and garment dyeing machines.

Storage	The product is sensitive to frost. Fully usable after thawing and stirring Shelf life is at least 12 months.

PROPERTIES & USES:

1. Prevents formation of folds and rope marks in sensitive fabrics, such as Lyocell / Tencel, polyester, polyamide, acetate, acrylic and wool.

2. Prevents formation of running creases in low liquor ratio dyeing machines.

3. Excellent results with micro-fibre fabrics, and with fabrics sensitive to abrasion and fibrillation.

4. Imparts the textile dyed or bleached in the presence of AVCO-SLIP CLY additional slipping properties (reduced friction) and higher suppleness (by inner softening).

5. Suitable for preparation, bleaching and dyeing baths. Does not impair the fastness properties of the dyed fabrics.

6. Suitable for a wide pH range.

7. Can be used with hard water.

8. AVCO-SLIP CLY is non-foaming.

APPLICATION:

Before use, the product should be pre-diluted with warm water while stirring (40 – 60°C).

The dosage recommendation is 0.5 – 2 g/l of AVCO-SLIP CLY.

For especially problematic processes it is recommended to increase dosage to 1.5 – 3 g/l.

If possible add the product to the liquor before loading the fabric.
