AVCOSLIP RF is a hydrophilic copolymer, which is acting as an highly effective crease preventing and gliding agent in textile preparation, bleaching, dyeing and finishing processes.
AVCOSLIP RF is lowering the friction coefficient of the wet fabrics by producing an interface between the fabric surface and the bleaching or dyeing liquor, as well as between the fabric and the machine metal parts and between fabric ropes. This lubricating effect prevents creases, folds and crack marks that can happen in high speed dyeing machine with low liquor ratio, when dyeing delicate fabrics in modern high speed jet machines.

PROPERTIES & USES:
- AVCOSLIP RF can be used with all types of dyestuffs such as reactive, disperse
and acid dyes.
- The product is non-foaming at all.
- AVCOSLIP RF is compatible with all types of preparation, bleaching and dyeing
auxiliaries used in textile aqueous processes. The product is non-substantive and
does not interfere in the dyeing.
- AVCOSLIP RF acts a crease inhibitor in scouring, boiling-off, bleaching and
dyeing of textiles in piece dyeing machines. The product enables a friction free
movement of the fabric ropes in the dyeing machine even at very low liquor ratio
with very delicate fabrics.
- Woven and knitted fabrics made from polyester, polyamide, wool, viscose and
cellulosic fibres and their blends have remarkably improved running properties on
overflow machines, jet dyeing machines and winches. AVCOSLIP RF prevents the
formation of rope creases and marks.
- In garment dyeing and finishing processes on paddle and rotary washing / dyeing
machines, AVCOSLIP RF prevents formation of crease marks.
APPLICATION:
AVCOSLIP RF is added in diluted form to the treatment liquor before the goods are entered. The dyes are added after running for several minutes.
Recommended dosage of AVCOSLIP RF is the following:
Use 2-4 g/l AVCOSLIP RF calculated on the total liquor volume. REMARKS:

Do not mix AVCOSLIP RF with other concentrated auxiliaries before adding to the treatment machine.

It is advisable to pre – dilute the product with water 1:2 – 1:3 before application.

Spills of the product on the dyehouse floor should be cleaned immediately, to avoid danger of accidents because of slipping.
