AVCOSOFT HD is a special softener for all cotton textiles requiring high absorbency such as towels and underwear.
AVCOSOFT HD does not impair the hydrophilic properties of the treated fabric, even after drying at high temperature.

PROPERTIES & USES:
- AVCOSOFT HD imparts softness, loft and lubricity to cotton yarns and fabrics.
- AVCOSOFT HD unlike most other known softeners, does not affect the re-wetting of
softened yarns or fabrics.
- AVCOSOFT HD is recommended for softening towels, socks and underwear fabrics.
- The absorbency of yarns and fabric treated with AVCOSOFT HD is not impaired even
after
drying at elevated temperatures for extended time.
- AVCOSOFT HD is a liquid softener and handling is very easy.
- AVCOSOFT HD is composed of biodegradable ingredients, with no potential for bio-
accumulation, and with no evaluation of toxic compounds during bio-degradation.
AVCOSOFT HD is environmentally acceptable, and can be regarded as a “GREEN”
product.
APPLICATION:
AVCOSOFT HD can be applied by padding method or by exhaustion method.
Before adding AVCOSOFT HD to the bath, dilute product with lukewarm water.

Application by exhaustion:
Add 2-4% of AVCOSOFT HD on weight of goods to the finishing bath.
Adjust pH to 5 – 5.5 with acetic acid.
Apply for 20-30 minutes at 35-40°C.

Application by padding:
Use 20-40 gram/liter in the padding bath depending on
the pick up and the required hand.
