AVCOSOFT S-310 is a liquid cationic softener, modified with silicone elastomer, used for softening all kinds of fibres, yarns and fabrics.
AVCOSOFT S-310 imparts excellent hand with high surface smoothness.
AVCOSOFT S-310 is recommended for napping and brushing operations.

PROPERTIES & USES:
- AVCOSOFT S-310 produces a smooth, soft, non-greasy handle on all fibres, mainly
those made out of cellulose and its blends.
- AVCOSOFT S-310 is a liquid product and handling in the mill is very easy.
- Can be used in resin finishing baths.
- Excellent napping and brushing aid.
- AVCOSOFT S-310 is regarded as a non-yellowing softener when dried at normal drying
temperatures.
APPLICATION:
AVCOSOFT S-310 can be applied by padding method or by exhaustion method.
Before adding to the bath, dilute product with water.

Application by exhaustion:
Adjust pH to 5-5.5 with acetic acid.
Add 2-4% AVCOSOFT S-310.
Apply for 20-30 minutes at 30-40°C.
Hydroextract and dry at 120-150°C.

Application by padding:
Use 20-40 gram/liter AVCOSOFT S-310 depending on pick-up and the required hand.
