AVCO-STABIWET 221 is a combined product for long bath bleaching processes.
AVCO-STABIWET 221 contains peroxide stabilizer, wetting agent and a detergent.
AVCO-STABIWET 221 is used for bleaching of cotton and cotton blends in winches, jets and jiggers.

PROPERTIES & USES:
- Balanced mixture of stabilizers and surfactants with a synergistic effect.
- Highly effective under all normal bleaching conditions, and will ensure maximum
bleaching efficiency with good absorbency.
- The surfactant part has good emulsifying and dispersing properties.
- The product does not contain any silicate compounds, and there are not any risks
of
precipitation during use on the fabrics and on machine walls.
- The product is liquid, and can be metered easily to the bleaching machines.
- Use of AVCO-STABIWET 221 provides less handling and weighing in the dye-house,
and
ensures better reproduction.
APPLICATION:
Following are some typical formulations for half bleach:

caustic soda (100%) 0.5 – 2.5 g/l
H2O2 (35%) 3.0 – 10.0 cc/l
Treat at 90-95°C for 1-1.5 hrs

caustic soda (100%) 0.5 – 1.5 g/l
H2O2 (35%) 2.0 – 5.0 cc/l
Treat at 92-95°C for 30-45 min

AVCO-STABIWET 221 1.5 – 2.0 g/l
caustic soda (100%) 0.8 – 1.5 g/l
H2O2 (35%) 2.0 – 4.0 cc/l
