AVCO-STABIWET MFP

LOW FOAMING “ONE-SHOT” CLEANING AND BLEACHING AUXILIARY

AVCO-STABIWET MFP is a combined product for scouring and bleaching processes of cotton and blends in exhaust dyeing equipments.
AVCO-STABIWET MFP contains peroxide stabilizer, extracting additives, wetting, emulsifying, dispersing and scouring agents.
AVCO-STABIWET MFP provides less handling and weighing in the dye-house, and ensures better reproducibility.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Compatibility 1. Compatible with all chemicals encountered in peroxide bleaching.

2. Product is not compatible with cationic products.

Storage Freezes at 0°C, fully usable after thawing. Do not store in direct sun and near heat sources. When properly stored, storage stability is at least 12 monthe.

PROPERTIES & USES:

1. Balanced mixture of low foaming detergents, wetting agents, stabilizers and complexing agents.

2. Suitable for peroxide bleaching of cellulosic fibres.

3. Highly effective under all normal peroxide bleaching conditions. Ensures maximum bleaching efficiency with good absorbency.

4. Good cleaning and scouring properties.

5 Has good emulsifying and cleaning abilities along with low foaming properties.

6. The product does not contain any silicate compounds, and there are not any risks of precipitation during usage on the fabrics or on the machine walls.

7. The product is liquid, and can be pumped easily to the bleaching machines.

APPLICATION:

A. Typical procedures for half bleach of cotton fabrics:

1. Jet Machine (L.R. 1:6 – 1:10)

AVCO-STABIWET MFP 1.5 – 2.0 g/l

caustic soda (50%) 2.0 – 2.5 cc/l

H2O2 (50%) 3.0 – 4.0 cc/l

Run at 90-95°C for 30-45 min

2. Winch machine (L.R. – 1:20)

AVCO-STABIWET MFP 1.5 – 2.0 g/l

caustic soda (50%) 1.5 – 2.0 cc/l

H2O2 (50%) 2.0 – 3.0 cc/l

Run at 90-95°C for 45-60 min.

3. Jigger machine(L.R. 1:3 – 1:5)

AVCO-STABIWET MFP 2.0 – 3.0 g/l

caustic soda (50%) 2.5 – 3.5 cc/l

H2O2 (50%) 4.0 – 7.0 cc/l

Run at 90-95°C for 1-1.5 hrs

B. Typical procedures for full bleach of cotton fabrics

1. Full bleach of cotton knits (Jet, L.R. 1:6 – 1:10)

AVCO-STABIWET MFP 2.0 – 3.0 g/l

Caustic Soda (50%) 2.5 – 3.0 cc/l

H2O2 (50%) 6.0 – 10.0 cc/l

AVCO-LUX CBA-N 0.6 – 1.0 %

Treat for 45-60 min at 90-95°C

2. One bath two steps demineralization and full bleaching of cotton knits (Jet L:R 1:6-1:10)

Add 2-3 g/l of AVCO-STABIWET MFP.

Load the fabric and run for 20-30 min at 70-80°C.

To the same liquor, without dropping the bath add the bleaching auxiliaries and peroxide according to the following recipe:

Caustic soda (50%) 2.0 – 3.0 cc/l

H2O2 (50%) 6.0 – 10.0 cc/l

AVCOLUX CBA-N 0.6 – 0.8 %

Run for 45 min, at 90-95°C.

C. Typical procedures for washing and scouring processes.

1. Scouring of knits made from cellulosic fibres and blends with synthetics.

AVCO-STABIWET MFP 1.5 – 3.0 g/l

Soda ash 2.0 – 5.0 g/l

Run as 80-90°C for 20-30 minutes.

2. Scouring of socks and ready made garments

AVCO-STABIWET MFP 2.0 – 3.0 g/l

Soda Ash 2.0 – 5.0 g/l

Run at 60-80°C for 15-20 minutes.

3. Scouring of synthetic yarns and fabrics.

AVCO-STABIWET MFP 1.5 – 2.0 g/l

Run at 60-70°C, for 20-30 minutes.
