DE-AERATING AGENT AND PENETRATION ACCELERANT

AVCO-TEX DE-200 is a concentrated de-aerating agent and penetration accelerant with excellent de-foaming properties.

AVCO-TEX DE-200 can be used in all kind of aqueous processes such as bleaching, dyeing and finishing.

AVCO-TEX DE-200 is speeding up even penetration of the treatment liquors in continuous processes.

AVCO-TEX DE-200 in jet machines ensures quick wetting of the fabric with less tangles

and less crease marks in the end of the process.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Appearance	Slightly viscous white paste.
Chemical nature	Synergistic blend of de-foaming agents and surfactants.
Solubility	Can be further diluted with cold water. Stock solutions need stirring before use.
pH (1% sol.)	7 – 8
Ionic type	Non-ionic
Compatibility	Stable in hard water. Stable to alkalis acids and electrolyte at the usual concentrations. Can be used with anionic and cationic products.
Storage	Stable in close container for at least 6 months. Should not be stored at temperatures above 35°C and below 0°C. Sensitive to frost. If a separation takes place, the product is fully usable after stirring.

1. Suitable for all types of pretreatment, bleaching, dyeing and finishing procedures, in continuous and batch machines.

2. Promotes fast and even liquor pick up through the whole cross section of the fibres, yarns and fabrics.

3. AVCO-TEX DE-200 is non-foaming and it is an efficient antifoam.

5. Lowers existing foam, even with heavily foaming solutions.

6. Can be used in high alkaline or acid liquors.

7. No spot formation even at elevated temperatures.

8. Durable action through all the dyeing or bleaching cycle.
