| AVCOTEX MULTI is a unique deaerating and penetration accelerant. This multi –purpose product enables quick wetting-out of fabrics in high speed jet machine, with maximum care to avoid crease marks and folds during subsequent preparation, bleaching and dyeing processes applied on the fabrics. When treating delicate fabrics in high speed jets, AVCOTEX MULTI enables crease free processing.

PROPERTIES & USES:
- Highly concentrated deaerating and penetrating agent with anticrease properties.
Recommended for dyeing delicate fabrics sensitive to creases.
- Suitable for all types of pretreatment, bleaching, dyeing and finishing
procedures, in batch machines.
- Facilitate wetting of the treated fabrics and removes air entrapped in the
fibre’s structure.
- Promotes fast and even liquor pick up through the whole cross section of the
fibres.
- AVCOTEX MULTI is non foaming at all, and suppresses foam of other surfactants.
- Can be used in high alkaline or mild acid liquors.
- No spot formation even at elevated temperatures.
- Durable action through the whole bleaching or dyeing cycle.
APPLICATION:

Fill machine (jet, winch, etc.) with water.

Add 0.5 – 1.0 g/l AVCOTEX MULTI (pre diluted with water 1:2 – 1:4)

Load fabric and circulate until fabric is fully wetted out.

Continue with the desired scouring, bleaching dyeing or finising process.
