AVCO- ULTRA WHITE HFB is a balanced blend of stabilizers, complexing agents, dispersing agents and activators formulated to offer the textile dye-house a complete bleaching accelerator, designed for the hydrogen peroxide hot bleaching process of cellulose and cellulose blends with high speed machines. The unique composition of the compound provides synergistic action of the ingredients, which enable the production of “top-white” cotton knits.SPECIFICATIONS:
PROPERTIES & USES: 1. Peroxide bleaching accelerator containing synergistic composition of activators and bleaching catalysts that enables the production of excellent full white on knitted fabric. 2. Short process with very low foaming properties, recommended for high-speed jets. 3. Less handling and weighing in the dye house. 4. Saving of storage space. 5. Non-dusting product. 6. Excellent whiteness and absorbency of the bleached fabric. 7. Maximum reproducibility. APPLICATION: BLEACHING RECIPES: HALF BLEACH OF COTTON KNITS IN JETS AVCO-BIOLUZE MAX HC 0.5 – 0.8 g/l AVCO-ULTRA WHITE HFB 0.8 – 1.0 g/l Caustic soda( 50%) 1.0 – 2.0 cc/l H2O2(50%) 2.0 – 3.0 cc/l Run at 90 – 95°C for 30 -45 min. At H.T. condition (115-120°C) run for 20 – 25 min. SUPER WHITE ON 100% COTTON KNITS IN JETS AVCO-BIOLUZE MAX HC 0.5 – 1.0 g/l AVCO-ULTRA WHITE HFB 1.0 – 1.5 g/l Caustic Soda(50%) 2.0 – 2.5 cc/l H2O2 (50%) 8.0 -10.0 cc/l AVCO-LUX HA 0.5 – 1.0 % Run at 90-95°C for 45 min. At H.T. condition (115-120°C) run for 20 – 25 min. SUPER WHITE ON COTTON/LYCRA KNITS IN JETS AVCO-BIOLUZE MAX HC 0.8 – 1.5 g/l AVCO-ULTRA WHITE HFB 1.5 – 2.0 g/l Caustic soda (50%) 2.0 – 3.0 cc/l H2O2 50% 8.0 -12.0 cc/l AVCO-LUX HA 0.8 – 1.0 % Run at 90-95°C for 45 min. At H.T. condition (115-120°C) run for 20 – 25 min. REMARKS:
HANDLING AND STORAGE: AVCO-ULTRA WHITE HFB is a mild corrosive material, and should be handled with care. Safety glasses and gloves should be worn during handling the dry material. Store in a dry place to eliminate the pick-up of moisture. |
