AVCOTRYL EX is an acidic complexing – dispersing agent used for de-mineralization of textile fabrics contaminated with calcium, magnesium and iron residues.Use of AVCOTRYL EX enables to perform an acidic treatment, followed by alkaline peroxide bleaching process, using the same bath. APPLICATION: DEMINERALIZATION OF COTTON FABRICS AND YARNS
AVCO-BIOLUZE DCB 1 – 2g/l
AVCOTRYL EX 1 – 4g/l Treat at 80°C for 20-40 minutes. Drop bath, rinse hot and cold. ONE BATH TWO STEPS DEMINERALIZING AND BLEACHING PROCESS:
After the demineralization process, as explained above do not drop bath. To the same liquor add caustic soda, circulate for 5 minutes, and add all other chemicals needed for the peroxide bleaching process.
Caustic soda (50%) 2.5 – 3cc/l
AVCO-STABILIZER HSF 1.0 – 2 g/l HYDROGEN PEROXIDE (50%) 2.0 – 4 g/l Treat at 90-95°c for 30-45 min. DESIZING OF COTTON WOVEN FABRICS IN PAD-ROLL PROCESS
To the alph-amylase desizing bath add 1-3 g/l of AVCOTRYL EX according to the following recipe.
AVCOZIM WET 3 – 6 g/l
AVCOTRYL EX 1 – 3 g/l pH 5-5.5 , Temp. – 60-70°C. Pad, roll for 4 – 6 hours and wash-off at 90-95°C. To the washing-off liquor add 2-3 cc/l Caustic Soda (50%). |
