Foam is a problem in textile aqueous printing, mainly in high speed printing of large blotches. Foam can cause un-level prints, “fish-eye”, bubbles and stripes on printed areas.
Similar problems may occur in aqueous coating processes.
AVCO-ANTIFOAM PR can solve such problems by preventing foam appearance in the printing or coating pastes during production and during processing.
AVCO-ANTIFOAM PR is suitable for all aqueous and for “oil-in-water” emulsions.SPECIFICATION:

APPLICATION:
To achieve best efficiency of anti-foaming effect, AVCO-ANTIFOAM PR should be added to the water phase, before adding all other ingredients of the paste.
Usage level can be determined by trials, and should be 0.2-2 g/kg.
