AVCO-BIOLUZE CHB

DETERGENT AND WETTING AGENT FOR PREPARATION PROCESSES

AVCO-BIOLUZE CHB is a unique wetting and scouring agent suitable for continuous hot bleaching, cold pad batch bleaching, de-sizing of cotton and cotton blend fabrics and pre-scouring of synthetics.
Use of AVCO-BIOLUZE CHB ensures removal of impurities with excellent absorbency and whiteness of the treated fabrics.
The product includes all wetting, emulsifying and dispersing agents needed for preparation processes together with an anti-redeposition additive.
AVCO-BIOLUZE CHB is composed of biodegradable ingredients with no potential for bio-accumulation, and with no evolution of toxic compounds during biodegradation. AVCO-BIOLUZE CHB is environmentally acceptable, and can regard as a “GREEN” product.

  5. Low foaming.
  6. Liquid product suitable for direct metering.
  7. AVCO-BIOLUZE CHB is stable to alkali up to 55 gr/l caustic (100%).

APPLICATION:

  1. AVCO-BIOLUZE CHB can be dozed as is or pre-diluted with cold water at a ratio of 1:2 before usage.
  2. Add 3-6 g/l AVCO-BIOLUZE CHB to the padding bath followed by all other ingredients of the bleaching recipe.
RECOMMENDED RECIPE:
  1. For cold oxidative desizing and bleaching of raw cotton fabric without pretreatment use the following recipe:
    AVCO-BIOLUZE CHB 4 – 6 cc/l
    AVCO STABILIZER CPB 6 -10 g/l
    Caustic soda (50%) 30 -40 g/l
    Hydrogen peroxide (35%)50 -70 cc/l
    Pick up: 80 -100 %
    Temp.: 20- 30° C
Dwelling time: 16-24 hours, wrapped with plastic
    cover and rotating
Washing off is done in a continuous washer (minimum 5 boxes),
    by the following procedure.
    Box 1 -hot water 95°C
    Box 2 -hot water 95°C
    Box 3 -hot water 95°C
    Box 4 -hot water 95°C
    Box 5 -warm water50°C
    Box 6 -cold water
To improve removal of impurities, sequestering agent (AVCO-POLYQUEST PDK) and a detergent (AVCO-BIOLUZE CHB) can be added to box no. 3.
  2. For continuous hot bleaching of de-sized fabrics use the following recipe:
    AVCO-BIOLUZE CHB 4 – 6 g/l
    AVCO-STABILIZER HSF 6 – 10 g/l
    caustic soda (50%) 5 – 20 g/l
    hydrogen peroxide (35%) 20 – 40 g/l
Pad and steam for 15-20 minutes with saturated steam at 102-104°C.
Washing off is done in the continuous washer (5-6 boxes).
  3. Scouring synthetic fabric in the jet:
    Use the following recipe:
    AVCO-BIOLUZE CHB1 – 2 g/l
    Soda-Ash 1 – 2 g/l
Scour at 70 – 800 for 15-20 minutes followed by cold rinse.
