AVCO-BIOLUZE DKB is a unique wetting and scouring agent suitable for kier boiling, continuous hot bleaching and cold pad batch bleaching of cotton and Viscose fabrics. The use of AVCO-BIOLUZE DKB ensures removal of impurities with excellent absorbency and whiteness of the treated fabrics. AVCO-BIOLUZE DKB is stable to high alkaline solutions. AVCO-BIOLUZE DKB is composed of biodegradable ingredients with no potential for bioaccumulation, and with no evolution of toxic compounds during biodegradation. AVCO-BIOLUZE DKB is environmentally acceptable, and can regard as a “GREEN” product. SPECIFICATIONS:
PROPERTIES & USES: 1. Excellent absorbency and whiteness of treated fabrics. 2. Very fast wetting effect to provide even and maximum pick up of the prepartation liquors by the treated fabrics. 3. Excellent removal of sizes such as starch, PVA and CMC in cold pad batch bleaching processes. 4. Very good soil suspending power. 5. Liquid product suitable for direct metering. 6. AVCO-BIOLUZE DKB is stable to alkali, up to 100 g/l caustic (100%). APPLICATION: 1. AVCO-BIOLUZE DKB is dosed as it is or pre-diluted with cold water at any ratio. 2. Add AVCO-BIOLUZE DKB to the padding bath followed by all other ingredients of the kier boiling or the bleaching recipe. RECOMMENDED RECIPES: 1. Steam boiling off desized cotton fabrics:
Pad-steam at 102°C for 2-20 minutes. Wash-off at 95°C. 2. Cold oxidative desizing and bleaching of raw cotton fabric:
Pad, wrap with a plastic cover and roll in a rotating station. Pick up: 80 – 100 % ,temperature:20 – 30°C Dwelling time: 16-24 hours. Washing-off is carried out in a continuous washer (minimum 5 boxes) Box 1 – 4 hot water 95°C Box 5 warm water 50°C Box 6 cold water For neutralizing and to improve removal of impurities, add to the second box 1 – 5 g/l of AVCO-TRYL ADC. 3. Continuous hot bleaching of desized fabrics :
Pad and steam for 15-20 minutes with saturated steam at 102-104°C. Washing-off is done in the continuous washer (5-6 boxes). For improved soil extraction and for neutralizing the fabrics add 1-3 g/l of AVCO-TRYL ADC to box no.2. |
