2. Add AVCO-BIOLUZE DKB to the padding bath followed by all other ingredients of the kier boiling or the bleaching recipe.

RECOMMENDED RECIPES:

1. Steam boiling off desized cotton fabrics:

AVCO-BIOLUZE DKB 4 – 6 g/l
AVCO-POLYQUEST FCE 3 – 5 g/l
Caustic soda(50%) 40 – 80 cc/l

Pad-steam at 102°C for 2-20 minutes. Wash-off at 95°C.

2. Cold oxidative desizing and bleaching of raw cotton fabric:

AVCO-TEX CAN 0.5 – 1 g/l
AVCO-BIOLUZE DKB 5 – 6 g/l
AVCO-STABILIZER CPB 4 – 8 g/l
AVCO-SON OX 2 – 5 g/l
Caustic soda (50%) 30 – 40 cc/l
Hydrogen peroxide (50%) 30 – 50 cc/l

Pad, wrap with a plastic cover and roll in a rotating station.

Pick up: 80 – 100 % ,temperature:20 – 30°C

Dwelling time: 16-24 hours.

Washing-off is carried out in a continuous washer (minimum 5 boxes)

Box 1 – 4 hot water 95°C

Box 5 warm water 50°C

Box 6 cold water

For neutralizing and to improve removal of impurities, add to the second box 1 – 5 g/l of AVCO-TRYL ADC.

3. Continuous hot bleaching of desized fabrics :

AVCO-TEX CAN 0.5 – 1 g/l
AVCO-BIOLUZE DKB 4 – 6 g/l
AVCO-STABILIZER HSF 4 – 8 g/l
Caustic soda (50%) 12 – 25 cc/l
Hydrogen peroxide (50%) 20 – 40 cc/l

Pad and steam for 15-20 minutes with saturated steam at 102-104°C. Washing-off is done in the continuous washer (5-6 boxes).

For improved soil extraction and for neutralizing the fabrics add 1-3 g/l of AVCO-TRYL ADC to box no.2.
