AVCOBLANK JET is an highly concentrated surfactant composed of a blend of emulsifiers and detergents. The product has low foaming properties even in boiling bleaching bath. AVCOBLANK JET can be used as a scouring agent, bleaching and dyeing auxiliarry for preparation and dyeing of fibres, hanks, packages and fabrics made from cellulosic and synthetics fibres. AVCOBLANK JET is a multifunctional detergent with wetting, emulsifying and dispersing properties. It is very effective for removing silicone and hydrocarbon lubricants from textiles. AVCOBLANK JET is recommended for pre-treatment processes in high speed jets and in high speed continuous ranges. AVCOBLANK JET is composed of biodegradable ingredients with no potential for bio-accumulation, and with no evolution of toxic compounds during biodegradation.
SPECIFICATION:
PROPERTIES & USES:
APPLICATION: Due to its wide versatility, AVCOBLANK JET has a number of important uses for scouring and dyeing as follows: I. Cotton and blends: AVCOBLANK JET is recommended for all types of preparation and bleachingprocesses of textiles composed of cotton and blends with synthetics. Following are dosage recommendation for various processes: ¨ Alkaline pre-treatment 0.3 – 2.0 g/l ¨ Pre – scouring 0.3 – 2.0 g/l ¨ Bleaching 0.3 – 2.0 g/l ¨ Dyeing 0.2 – 0.6 g/l ¨ Scouring knits containg spandex/lycra 0.5 – 2.0 g/l II. Peroxide bleaching of cotton and cotton blends1. Fill machine with water and add chemicals: AVCOBLANK JET 0.3 – 2.0 g/l AVCOSLIP LB (anticreasing agent) 1.0 – 2.0 g/l 2.Load fabric and treat for 5-10 minutes. 3. To the same liquor add the bleaching auxiliaries, and start the bleaching process. Use the following recipe for full bleach: AVCO-STABILIZER HSF 0.5 – 1.5 g/l H2O2 (50%) 6.0 – 8.0 g/l AVCOLUX CBA-100 0.5 – 1.0 % 4. Treat for 45-60 minutes at 90-95C, followed by hot and cold rinse. III. Polyester and blends AVCOBLANK JET can be used in jet dyeing machines as one bath scour/dyeauxiliary. A typical cycle for bulked polyester piece goods isas follows: 1. Load the machine, run for 3-5 minutes to remove water soluble and emulsifiable matter and drop the bath. 2. Add a sequestering agent ( AVCOTRYL HPH) and adjust the bath to pH 5-5.5 3. Raise temperature to 40÷C, add AVCOBLANK JET (0.3-1 g/l) and a levelling agent(AVCONAL PLD). 4. Increase temperature to 60÷ C and add the dyestuffs. 5. After circulating, raise temperature to 125-130÷ C and dye to shade. IV. PolyamideAVCOBLANK JET can be used effectively for the scour/dyeing of bulked polyamidestockings and other polyamide articles. Dosage recommendation: ¨ Scour/dyeing bulked polyamide hosiery Use: 0.5-1.5 g/l ¨ Scour/dyeing micro fibre knits in jet machines Use: 0.5-1.5 g/l. V. Polyamide blends with spandex/lycra AVCOBLANK JET is highly recommended for removing silicone lubricants and knitting oils from polyamide knits containing high percentage of spandex yarns.1. Fill machine 2. Add the chemicals: AVCOBLANK JET 0.5 – 1.0 g/l AVCOTEX HSP0.5– 1.0 g/l (high speed penetration accelerant) AVCOSLIP PAS 1.0 – 2.0g/l AVCOTRYL PN 1.0 – 2.0 g/l SODA-ASH 1.0 – 2.0 g/l 3. Load fabric and treat at 80-90c for 20-40 min. 4. Drop bath and rinse hot and cold. VI. Pretreatment of cotton knits containing spandex/lycra AVCOBLANK JET1.0 – 2.0 g/l AVCOTEX HSP1.0 – 2.0 g/l (high speed penetration accelerant) AVCOSLIP PAS 1.0 – 2.0 g/l AVCOTRYL PN1.0 – 2.0 g/l SODA-ASH 2.0 – 4.0g/l Treat at 90-95c for 20-40 min.
