AVCO-LEVOLUZE WPE is a unique blend of complexing agents,protective colloids and surfactants designed to remove and suspend residual disperse dyes from printed polyamide, polyester and triacetate fabrics. The product contains a speicial complexing agent to over-come problems of water hardness in the washing liquor.

PROPERTIES & USES:
- Enables rapid elimination of synthetic and natural thickeners from the printed
fabrics.
- Removes and suspends unfixed dyes.
- Keeps unfixed dyes in water dispersion, and prevents staining of white and
colored grounds of the printed fabrics.
- Pruduces clear and bright shades, with better rubbing and washing fastness.
- While printing polyester blends with cellulosic fibres, AVCO-LEVOLUZE WPE keeps
disperse dyes from staining the cellulosic fibres.
- The product contians complexing and dispersing agents which prevents
precipitation of thickeners and dyestuffs residues due to interaction with water
hardness.
- Liquid product which can be dosed as is.
APPLICATION:

Washing-off prints of poyester fabrics In a batch type machine (winch, jig, or jet) :

Scour at 70-80°C for 20-30 minutes with the following recipe:
AVCO-LEVOLUZE WPE 1 – 3 g/l
NaOH (50%) 1 – 3 cc/l
HYDROSULFITE 2 – 3 g/l

Rinse and neutralize with 0.5 cc/l Acetic-acid.

Washing-off prints of polyester fabrics in continuous washing machine:
Box No. 1- Cold rinse with 1 g/l AVCO-LEVOLUZE WPE and 2 g/l soda-ash.
Box No. 2 -Hot rinse (60°C) with 1-2 g/l AVCO-LEVOLUZE WPE
Box No. 3-5 -Hot scouring (70-80°C) with the following recipe:
AVCO- LEVOLUZE WPE 1 – 3 g/l
NaOH (50%) 1 – 3 cc/l
HYDROSULFITE 2 – 3 g/l
Box No. 6 -Hot rinse (60°C) with 0.5 cc/l acetic acid
Box No. 7 -Cold rinse
