ONE-SHOT COMPOUND OF ANIONIC DETERGENT WITH ANTI-CREASE AND COMPLEXING AGENT..

AVCO-LEVOSLIP GRE is a unique product for dyeing of cotton, viscose, cotton blends and synthetic fabrics. It is combining good detergency, emulsifying, anti-creasing properties and water hardness complexing capacity. When added to the treatment bath before the fabric is loaded, it ensures the removal of natural waxes, oils and lubricants while creases and fold marks are avoided.

AVCO-LEVOSLIP GRE helps to remove waxes, oils and lubricants found on the textile material, and keep it emulsified in the dyeing liquor, without interfering in the dyeing process. These properties enable one-step scouring-dyeing without pretreatment.

The product is anionic, and is recommended for dyeing of dyestuffs which are sensitive to non-ionic surfactants such as reactive turquoise.

PROPERTIES & USES:

1. All-in product with emulsifying, cleaning and dispersing properties along with creases preventing effect and complexing capacity towards water hardness.

2. Good soil suspending properties, which can prevent any re-deposition of soil and waxes on dyed fabric through all the dyeing cycle. Recommended for one bath scour / dye processes of cellulose and synthetic fibres.

3. Good dispersing properties toward hydrolysed reactive dyes.

4. Very good anti-creasing properties for synthetics and natural fibres. Prevents rope marks abrasion, chafing and creasing of treated fabrics.

5. Promotes opening of the fabric ropes and displacement of folds.

6. Stable to high temperature, hence suitable for dyeing at H.T. conditions.

7. Does not contain any hazardous solvents.

8. AVCO-LEVOSLIP GRE is an anionic preparation, which does not cause any agglomeration and staining problems when dyeing problematic phthalocyanines dyes.

9. Has no retarding effect on reactive, vat, direct and disperse dyestuffs.

10. Good stability towards concentrated electrolytes as used in cotton dyeing.

11. AVCO-LEVOSLIP GRE is very versatile. Due to its excellent detergency and lubricating properties it can be used in many wet processes such as bleaching, pretreatment, de-sizing and dyeing.

12. AVCO-LEVOSLIP GRE is a one shot compound replacing several products used in the preparation and dyeing processes, and thus saves storage room and prevents too many weighing procedures in the dye-house.

APPLICATION:

1. Cotton knits “One-Step” reactive dyeing with dark shades.

Add to the machine 2 – 3 g/l of AVCO-LEVOSLIP GRE, the textile material should be treated for a period of 4 – 5 minutes before the addition of the dyestuffs and the alkali.

The dyeing process can be carried out as normal.

For heavily soiled fabrics add 1 g/l AVCO-LEVOSLIP GRE, treat for 10 minutes and drop the bath. Add a second dose of 1 – 3 g/l AVCO-LEVOSLIP GRE and continue with the normal dyeing process.

2. Polyester and polyester blends “One-Step” dyeing

The usage of 2 – 3 g/l of AVCO-LEVOSLIP GRE is recommended.

The textile material should be treated for a period of 5 minutes with AVCO-LEVOSLIP GRE before the addition of the dyestuffs and the auxiliaries.

3. Peroxide bleaching

Use 2 – 3 g/l of AVCO-LEVOSLIP GRE for pre-scouring cotton and polyester/cotton fabrics before peroxide bleaching. It is very effective to pre-scour for 10 minutes with AVCO-LEVOSLIP GRE then to continue peroxide bleaching in the same liquor.

4. De-sizing of denim garments (Rotary Washers)

AVCO-LEVOSLIP GRE 1.5 – 3.0 g/l

AVCO-ZIM UND 1.0 – 3.0 g/l

Treat at 50-65°C for 15-30 minutes, followed by hot and cold rinse.
