1. Rechargeable phosphorescence effect on printed textiles.

2. Good running properties in all types of printing machines.

3. Suitable for all kinds of woven and knitted fabrics.

4. Can be used also for printing on fabrics sensitive to temperatures above 130°C such as polypropylene and acrylics. Curing temperature as low as 125ºc is suitable.

5. Can be printed along with other pigment colours in one printing design.

6. After curing, the print exhibits good washing, dry cleaning and rubbing fastnesses. The phosphorescence effect is wash fast.

7. Suitable for printing elastic knits. The binder film is soft and highly flexible.

8. AVCO-PLASTOLUX LUM is non-toxic when properly used.

9. Recommended for the production of textiles used for toys, fashion-wear, curtains, safety cloth etc.

APPLICATION:

1. Premix with high-speed mixer before use.

3. To improve the cross-linking of the binder film, the addition of 1-2% of AVCO-PRINTFIX-L is recommended.

4. To improve the running properties add 1-2% of AVCO-PAL LUB.

5. The printing paste should be filtered before use.

6. Printing can be done in flat or rotary printing machine, apply AVCO-PLASTOLUX LUM in the last screen.

7. After printing and drying the fabric should be cured for 3-4 minutes at 140 – 160°C or 5-10 minutes at 120-130°C.

8. AVCO-PLASTOLUX LUM is suitable for printing only on white grounds. It cannot be printed on pre-dyed fabrics.

9. After printing, the self colour of the product is a very light greenish yellow. It should not be tinted with any other pigments. This can dammage the phosphorescence effect.
