AVCO-POLYSTICK A

PRINTING ADHESIVE
AVCO-POLYSTICK A is a versatile adhesive for screen printing of textile fabrics. The object of the material is to form a non-permanent bond between the printing blanket and the cloth, to prevent slipping during processing, in order to obtain accurate print printing design.

Solubility Excellent in water
Storage Freezes below 0°C. Fully usable after thawing and blending. When stored in closed drums, storage time is 12 months at least.

PROPERTIES & USES:

  1. Product is water soluble.
  2. It can be easily diluted with water or ethanol to reduce viscosity.
  3. Can be easily cleaned and removed after printing with cold water.
  4. AVCO-POLYSTICK A does not discolor during processing.
  5. Can be used for knits and woven fabrics made from all kinds of fibers.
  6. Contains special additives for sticking synthetics.

APPLICATION:

AVCO-POLYSTICK A is coated onto the print blanket at the desired quantity. Used material is removed from the blanket by stream of water.
Product can be used as is or diluted with water at any ratio between 9:1 – 1:9 if quick drying is desired, part of the diluting water can be replaced by non-toxic alcohol such as
ethanol.
