AVCOPRINT JN is a special additive developed for printing pastes, produced with ynthetic hickeners, for printing pigments and disperse dyes. Use of AVCOPRINT JN can minimize bleeding problems that may occur when printing is done on problematic fabrics, and with some types of pigments that have a “bleeding” tendency.SPECIFICATION:

PROPERTIES & USES:
- AVCOPRINT JN produces a rapid increase in the viscosity of oil-in-water printing
pastes.
- AVCOPRINT JN can solve bleeding problems, that can occur with fabrics that are
too hydrophobic or fabrics that are not prepared well before printing.
- AVCOPRINT JN can solve bleeding problems that can occur with fabrics that are too
hydrophilic, or contains some residues of surfactants.
- AVCOPRINT JN can solve bleeding problems, that can occur with problematic
pigments such as carbon black dispersions.
- Use of AVCOPRINT JN can eliminate bleeding problems during printing on synthetic
fabrics.
- AVCOPRINT JN increases brightness and intensity of dark shades.
- AVCOPRINT JN improves levelness of large printed areas.
APPLICATION:
AVCOPRINT JN should be added to the printing paste after the thickener.
To ensure homogeneous dispersion of the product in the printing paste, it should be incorporated with high speed mixer.
For oil-in-water paste use 2-8 gr/kg.
For all aqueous paste use 5-10 gr/kg.
