AVCO-TRYL CPX

COMPLEXING AGENT FOR LAUNDRY WATER TREATMENT

AVCO-TRYL CPX is a sequestering agent, with an outstanding complexing and dispersing capacity used for scale inhibition when using non soft water in hot aqueous processes such as washing, bleaching and dyeing in commercial laundries.
AVCO-TRYL CPX is based on a unique combination of phosphonates with protective colloid properties and high complexing capacity that prevent precipitation of calcium, magnesium and heavy metal salts on textile fibres and on machines parts.
AVCO-TRYL CPX prevents re deposition of soil onto textile fibres during washing and bleaching processes.

Is not compatible with cationic products.

Storage Stable for at least 12 months.

PROPERTIES & USES:

1. High binding capacity towards alkaline earth and heavy metal ions such as calcium, magnesium and iron normally existing in tap water.

2. AVCO-TRYL CPX increases the efficiency of the detergents used in the washing procedure, and improves primary and secondary detergency by synergistic action.

3. Excellent de-crystallizing properties for precipitated calcium, magnesium and heavy metals salts (threshold effect).

4. Stable to all chemicals used in the laundry processes, such as strong alkalis, sodium bisulfite, acetic acid, hydrogen peroxide etc.

5. AVCO-TRYL CPX prevents precipitation of scale on the washed textile articles during the laundry process. In this way AVCO-TRYL CPX is extending the life cycle of the textiles, lowers the deterioration of the textile tensile strength during repeated washings and prevents stiffening of the textiles handle.

6. AVCO-TRYL CPX assists in removing existing scale from textile articles, which may occur during home laundering with “hard” water.

7. n top of its properties as a complexing agent, AVCO-TRYL CPX also acts as a dispersing agent, in a way that when the concentration of metal ions in the water is above its complexing capacity, the product will disperse the excess hardness as a fine dispersion and will prevent re-deposition onto the textiles and/or on the machine walls.

8. In alkaline pH the efficiency of the product is increased.

9. AVCO-TRYL CPX is efficient in cold and hot water up to the boiling temperature.

10. AVCO-TRYL CPX is a neutral product, and is not affecting the pH of the treated water.

11. Liquid product, which can be metered by all types of automatic dosing machines.

12. Non-foaming at all.

APPLICATION:

AVCO-TRYL CPX is a liquid that can be metered directly to the treatment liquor without pre dilution. The application quantities are the following:

Dose 100 – 500 cc of the product to 1000 liters of tap water depending on the hardness of the water.
