AVCO-TRYL NZP

COMPLEXING AGENT FOR DYEING AND PREPARATION

AVCO-TRYL NZP is a powerfull complexing agent, which combines protective colloid properties together with dispersing and complexing properties.
AVCO-TRYL NZP is used as a versatile additive in textile procedures such as preparation, dyeing and soaping-off.
AVCO-TRYL NZP is used for treatment of cellulose, polyester, polyamide and their blends in fibers, yarns and fabrics.

PROPERTIES & USES:

1. AVCO-TRYL ZNP is a strong complexing agent with high binding capacity for water hardness.

2. AVCO-TRYL NZP is an excellent complexing/dispersing agent, that operates as a crystal distroyer and threshold inhibitor to prevent water hardness from precipitation onto textile fibres and machine walls.

3. AVCO-TRYL NZP is an efficient protective colloid, which prevents redeposition of impurities onto textile fibers.

4. AVCO-TRYL NZP loosens from the fibers and disperses in water phase metal salts, waxes, pectines and other precipitated materials found on fibres structure.

5. AVCO-TRYL NZP does not sequester metals which are included in dyestuff molecules such as copper in phthalocyanine derivatives.

6. AVCO-TRYL NZP is stable at a wide pH range of 1 – 13.

7. AVCO-TRYL NZP is stable at high temperature such as HT dyeing conditions.

8. AVCO-TRYL NZP disperses and sequesters water hardness and heavy metal ions from raw fibers or from salts and other chemicals used in preparation, and dyeing procedures.

APPLICATION:

1. AVCO-TRYL NZP should be added to the treatment bath before other additives or dyestuffs.

2. AVCO-TRYL NZP can be added to the continuous ranges as it is or pre-diluted at any ratio.

RECIPES GUIDELINES:

1. Preparation procedures

a. The use of AVCO-TRYL NZP in the scouring bath after de-sizing treatment is very beneficial. Removal of sizes from fabrics is much better and fabric absorbency is improved.

Dosage is: 0.5-2.0 g/l

b. In pre-washing and scouring procedure before bleaching or dyeing, the addition of AVCO-TRYL NZP improves very much dirt removal and prevents redeposition.

Dosage is: 0.5-2.0 g/l

b. In peroxide bleaching of cotton knits.

Dosage is: 0.5-2.0 g/l

2. Dyeing procedures

a. AVCO-TRYL NZP enables dyeing of raw cotton and polyester/cotton knits without pretreatment.

Use 0.5-1.5 g/l in the dyeing bath together with 1-2 g/l of AVCO-BIOLUZE DCB or AVCO-BIOLUZE G-1099.

b. The addition of 0.5-1.5 g/l of AVCO-TRYL NZP to the dyeing bath promotes levelled dyeing and helps to prevent deposits and other contaminations caused by water and chemicals used in the dyeing bath. Shades will be brighter and reproducibility is better.

c. AVCO-TRYL NZP is an excellent complexing agent in polyester dyeing. The addition of 1-2 g/l of AVCO-TRYL NZP will eliminate any disturbance which may occur because of water hardness.

3. Soaping-off procedures

Unlike other surface-active products normaly used in washing-off process for dyed or printed textile with reactive dyes, AVCO-TRYL NZP can reduce the number of the washing cycles. The product is non foaming and there is no need of anti-foams

Dosage is: 0.5-2.0 g/l.
