The bio-polishing process is also recommended for cleaning the surface of napped or brushed celluloe fabrics from residues of loose fibres. | AVCOSON DNL is a liquid neutral cellulase enzyme preparation, which is used for receiving decoloration effect on jeans/denim garments and fabrics as a substitute to the “stone-wash” process traditionally used with special abrasion stones. It can be used also together with a brasion stones in a lower load. AVCOSON DNL is recommended for the bio-polishing process. AVCOSON DNL is decomposing fine cellulose fibres from the fabric surface, the result is a softer fabric with a smooth appearance and reduced pilling problems during subsequent washing processes. AVCOSON DNL is superior to acidic cellulase preprarations with respect to indigo back staining problems. |
